get things right 100% of the time but there may be occasions
when we don't get it right. In these circumstances please email
or telephone us and we will do everything in our power to put

| Conditions of Order |

| Photographs must be your
own private property and by sending an order you are confirming
that you own the rights to the photograph and indemnify Pipic
Designs for any claims to the contrary. |

| You are advised to copy
photographs, or ensure you have the negative, in the unlikely
event that they are lost in the postal system. Pipic Designs
will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged photographs.
Every effort will be made to return the originals back to you
with your order. |

| We cannot be held responsible
for colour variations in printing. |

| Pipic Designs reserve
the right to crop your image as needed. All main images will
not be altered. |

| Pipic Designs reserves
the right to not print inappropriate images. |

| As the product has been
made specifically for you, refunds cannot be made unless there
has been a fault in manufacture. |

| Delivery is normally within
5 - 7 working days following clearance of payment unless otherwise
stated. If your gift is urgent please let us know. |
